This is the smallest version of the Homeio modular structure that we offer. The 360SF structure contains a bedroom and living room divided by the bathroom. It is perfect as a tiny-house (but mighty) for a tight lot, as well as a cost-effective Airbnb guest house for a lot with a view when construction cost is limited. The plans we offer are architect-drawn stamped plans that include the structural engineering, and electrical plans that are required to obtain permits. You can select to purchase the plans which includes the license to use them to obtain approvals. You can also opt-in to buy the plans with permitting support, where we take it upon ourselves to get your Homeio through the permitting process, should the building/planning department request any changes.
